Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This notice explains what personal data Dr Link collects when you order your digital card, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and how you can exercise your rights under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

1. Data controller

Dr Link (drlink.mx) is operated by Verónica Pérez Arroyo, located at Virgen 5552, Arboledas, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45070, Mexico. For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].

This notice covers the data of the healthcare professionals who order the service. The cards we publish contain no forms: they collect no data from their visitors or from your patients, ever.

2. What data we collect

We obtain it directly from you, through Stripe and through the intake form hosted on Tally:

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not measure visitors to drlink.mx or to the cards we publish.

3. How we use your data

Primary purposes: generating and publishing your card, delivering it by email, handling your corrections and support, and meeting our tax and legal obligations.

Secondary purpose (optional): sending you notices about service improvements. You can opt out at any time by writing to [email protected].

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Invoicing (CFDI)

Need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI)? Request it with your tax details at [email protected] within the same month as your purchase. Any tax details you share are used exclusively to issue your invoice and meet tax obligations.

5. Publication of your information

The professional information you send us is published on your card, which is public by the very nature of the service you order. Your card does not capture your patients' data: it only shows direct contact links (WhatsApp, phone, email, map and external booking).

6. Transfers and processors

To operate the service we share the minimum necessary information with providers that process it on our behalf, and that may process it in the United States or other countries:

We do not transfer your data to third parties for those third parties' own purposes.

7. Your rights (ARCO)

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data, and to revoke your consent. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] with your name and your card's URL; we will respond within the timeframes set by the LFPDPPP. To correct your card's content you can also use your correction link.

8. Data retention

We keep your data while your card is published and for as long as our legal and tax obligations require. If you request cancellation, we take your card down and delete the data not subject to legal retention.

9. Minors

The service is aimed at adult healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The current version will always live at drlink.mx/en/privacy and we will change the "Last updated" date above.
