Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These terms govern your Dr Link digital card. You accept them via the mandatory checkbox on the intake form and from the moment of your purchase.

1. The service

Dr Link (drlink.mx), operated by Verónica Pérez Arroyo, located at Virgen 5552, Arboledas, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45070, Mexico, generates and publishes an informational marketing page with the services, credentials and contact details you provide as a healthcare professional. One-time payment includes: page generation, publication on drlink.mx, a QR code, and one (1) change included at no cost via a single-use correction link. Additional changes cost $6 USD / $59 MXN each, payable through the payment link we provide. Your page stays published while the service operates; if the service is discontinued you will get at least 30 days' notice and a copy of your page.

2. Eligibility and truthfulness

You represent that: (a) you are a healthcare professional holding a current license in the jurisdiction where you practice; (b) everything you submit is truthful, substantiated and up to date; (c) you will update your information if it changes (via the correction link or by writing to [email protected]).

3. You are the responsible advertiser

The page is YOUR advertising. You are solely responsible for complying with the healthcare advertising rules of your jurisdiction — in the U.S., your state medical board's rules and applicable state and federal law (including the FTC); in Mexico, the General Health Law (art. 83), its Advertising Regulations, and filing the COFEPRIS Advertising Notice where applicable. Dr Link is a publishing tool and does not review, approve or legally validate your content; automated warnings are informational only and are not legal advice.

4. Prohibited content

Not allowed: (a) patient information or any third party's health data; (b) guarantees of results or cures; (c) patient testimonials; (d) unsubstantiated superiority claims ("the best", "#1"); (e) advertising specialties or board certifications you cannot substantiate ("board certified" only with a recognized certifying board, which will be named on the page); (f) false or misleading content. Dr Link may decline to publish or may take down violating pages without refund, with notice to your contact email.

5. Public information; no verification

Your page content will be public on the internet. Dr Link does not verify licenses or credentials; your page permanently displays a notice to that effect, plus emergency and "not a substitute for medical advice" notices, which cannot be removed.

6. Ownership

Your content remains yours; you license us to publish it on your page. The software, templates and designs belong to Dr Link.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

8. Payments and refunds

Full refund if requested BEFORE you submit the intake form. Once your page is published, you have 7 calendar days from publication to request a full refund; if we refund you, we take your page down immediately. After that window there are no refunds, but one (1) change is included at no cost. Additional changes: $6 USD / $59 MXN each.

9. Invoicing (CFDI)

Need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI)? Request it with your tax details at [email protected] within the same month as your purchase.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.

11. Changes; contact

We may update these terms; the current version lives at drlink.mx/en/terms. Governing law and venue: Mexico. Contact: [email protected].
