Terms of Service — Dr Link

These terms govern your Dr Link digital card. You accept them from the moment of your purchase.

The service

Dr Link (drlink.mx), operated by Verónica Pérez Arroyo, located at Virgen 5552, Arboledas, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45070, México, generates and publishes an informational marketing page with the services, specialty and contact details you provide as public professional pages for independent health practitioners. The one-time payment includes: page generation, publication on drlink.mx, a QR code, and 2 free modifications included to update your information after delivery. Each modification is requested through the personal link we send you, where you review your current information and edit only what you want to change. A modification is one form submission, not one field: in the same submission you can change everything you need —prices, services, hours, photos, text or contact details— and it still counts as one. Photos are the exception: if you upload none, the ones you already had stay; and if you do upload photos, they replace all the previous ones, so upload again every photo you want to appear. Additional modifications cost $6 USD / $59 MXN each, payable in advance through the payment link we provide. Your page stays published while the service operates; if the service is discontinued you will get at least 30 days' notice.

Truthfulness and photo rights

You represent that: (a) everything you submit (services, prices, lead times, locations, background) is truthful and up to date; (b) the photos and logo you upload are yours or you hold a license or authorization to use and publish them, and do not come from a catalog, campaign or third-party account without authorization; (c) you will update your information if it changes, through your correction link or by writing to [email protected].

You are the responsible advertiser

The page is YOUR advertising. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of your content and for respecting third parties' intellectual property and image rights, including not using third-party brand names, logos or designs in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement, and not publishing photos of other people's work as your own. Dr Link is a publishing tool: it does not review, approve or legally validate your content. Automated warnings from our system are informational only and are not legal advice.

Prohibited content

Not allowed: (a) personal data of your own clients — only your business information; (b) photos without usage rights; (c) unsubstantiated superiority claims ("the best", "#1"); (d) guarantees of results; (e) false or misleading content. In addition, you may not submit patient information, medical records, testimonials containing health information, or guarantees of results. Dr Link may decline to publish or may take down violating pages without refund, with notice to your contact email.

Public information; no verification

Your page content will be public on the internet. Dr Link does not verify the information or credentials you declare; your page permanently displays a notice to that effect, which cannot be removed.

Ownership

Your content remains yours; you license us to publish it on your page. The software, templates and designs belong to Dr Link.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee business results (customers, appointments or revenue). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Verónica Pérez Arroyo is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Payments and refunds

Full refund if requested BEFORE you submit the intake form with your information. Once your digital card is published, you have 7 calendar days from publication to request a full refund; if we refund you, we take your page down immediately. After that window there are no refunds, but your 2 included modifications remain available at no cost. Additional modifications: $6 USD / $59 MXN each.

Invoice (CFDI)

If you need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI), request it with your tax details at [email protected] within the same calendar month as your purchase. After that window, Mexican tax rules no longer allow it to be issued.

We process your personal data under our Privacy Notice.
